By default, the hiring process includes 4 stage: New, Screen, Interview, Offer. They will be used for reporting purpose. You can create a customized hiring process for each specific job and assign this process to that job when posting a job.

Understand automation

There are 2 types of automations: Email and Task. A few common use cases with job automation:

  • Auto reply to new applicants

  • Auto send an email rejection when a candidate is rejected

  • Create a task assigned to Recruiter/Coordinator when a candidate is moved to a specific stage: e.g Assign a task: Send online coding test to Recruiter when the candidate is moved to the stage: Online coding test

Each automated step will be attached to a stage when you create that automation step. This automated step will be triggered when a candidate is moved to that stage.
